She is a counseling psychologist, she possess more than 25 years experience and adept in training and developing skills among people of varied backgrounds-administrators managers, employees of different organizations, students and teachers.
As a skills development professional she has two goals:
1. Identify the areas where certain skills are in great demand.
2. To develop skills through workshops.
She assess different aspects of personality through standardized tests and tools, score and analyze the test results, provide feedback & design programs to influence people to make productive changes in the way they think and the way they deal with their environment. She provides all resources and encouragement to take risk and to explore new ways of thinking about their lives.
She undertake research in social, moral , cognitive, emotional ,educational perspectives of life, analyze the results through statistical analysis, interpret the results and reflect on the application of the research findings.
She also conduct market research, case studies, organizational profiles, design data bases, develop models –descriptive and explanatory, to enhance profitability through profile analysis, segmentation, approval and risk model, activation, cross sell and up-sell, attrition and churn, net present value and life time value. She conduct synetics sessions to enhance sales through novel methods and techniques, team work v , self management etc.
